What inspired this collection?
First of all i LOVE plants so that made it fun. I’ve been wanting to do a collection for so long and I could never settle on a concept, pick out stones, or be excited about it. This time around i really connected with the stones i chose and loved the vibe so it was pretty fun to make.
Tell us about yourself! What do you do outside of Gem Studio?
I basically live at the gem studio but when i’m not there I go to the university of utah #goutes and study strategic communications and business so that keeps me busy. Otherwise i just like to hang out with my friends, make pinterest recipes, and watch sports.
What else are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about brownies being the best dessert out there and the center pieces are better than the edges. I have some friends who like the corner and edge pieces the best and I think they’re crazy.
What is currently playing on your Spotify?
Spotify!!? Apple Music all day. I love the killers as well as alternative music in general, but then anything on and I will probably like it music is the best.

What do you want to manifest in your life over the next year?
I want to manifest success and health for this year. I’ve been focusing on myself a lot more and trying to be the best version of me so just anything in regards to that.
What is your favorite gem, and why?
I love!!! buffalo turquoise it’s just so pretty because no stone is the same and there’s so many variations of the blacks and white thoughout each stone.
What is your favorite part of the silversmithing process?
I love soldering bezel to sheet because it’s the easiest step for people to do in a workshop so it doesn’t stress me out that they’re going to destroy their ring during that time hahah
