What inspired this collection?
This collection was inspired by my love for living in Utah & the beauty that all nature has here. I have grown up being in the mountains constantly & am really going to miss it!
Tell us about yourself! What do you do outside of Gem Studio?
I also have another job outside of gem! I am a hair stylist & love doing hair! It’s so much fun to have two super creative jobs. & besides doing hair I love spending time with my family & traveling!!
What is currently playing on your Spotify?
Some of my current favorite songs are January by Verzache, & anything by the backseat lovers!!
What is your favorite thing about Utah and what are you going to miss most?
I think what I'm going to miss most about Utah is being in the canyons every week! My family goes off roading & on drives in little & big cottonwood canyon every sunday & that’s my favorite!
Tell us about your move to Hawaii, why you want to move, where you'll be living?
I am so excited to move to Hawaii! I went with a friend in February & decided there was no way I couldn’t live there!! I will be living on the north shore in Hauula!!
What are you most excited to do once you're in Hawaii?
I think what I am most excited for in Hawaii is to be at the beach!! As much as I love the mountains, I love the beach too!! I am so excited to not be in cold weather anymore!!
What do you want to manifest in your life over the next year?
I am manifesting going tiktok famous hahaha ;)
What is your favorite gem, and why?
My favorite gem is Buffalo Turquoise because it goes with everything!!
What is your favorite part of the silversmithing process?
Watching the solder flow when soldering the bezel to the sheet:)
What's your favorite gem studio memory?
Some of my favorite memories at gem are going to the pie hole after late night workshops & hanging out til like 1am with all my gem friends :)
